1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ayulex Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ayulex Systems.

2. Account Registration & Credentials

Accounts are strictly non-transferable and must only be utilized by verified, licensed healthcare professionals for legitimate clinical purposes. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your credentials.

3. Limitation of Clinical Liability

Ayulex provides Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) designed to assist, not replace, clinical judgment. Healthcare providers remain solely responsible for patient care, diagnosis, and treatment decisions. Ayulex Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from clinical outcomes.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
