• Account Data: User account information, professional credentials, and login details.
• Usage Data: Analytics to monitor system performance and improve our AI diagnostic models securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to provide clinical care, generate medical documentation, facilitate communication between healthcare providers, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and improve platform functionality. Ayulex never sells or shares your data for marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing and ABDM Disclosure

We share data only when required by law, necessary for treatment coordination (with explicit patient consent), or through the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) network for health record exchange. All service providers operate under strict Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

4. Patient & Provider Rights

You maintain the right to access your data, request corrections, export your records, or delete your account (subject to legal medical record retention requirements). To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer.
